Is he showing any signs of pain or discomfort. My ds used to get constipation at about that age and didn't go for 3-4 days at a time, also ff. GP recommended mixing a small amount of orange juice in with his feeds which I only tried once with moderate success but after a couple of weeks it sorted itself out.

Formula feed babies should be offered cooled boiled water in hot weather to prevent constipation. Try offering some.

Infafol makes a reflux worse.

My FF DS used to go days, 5 or 6 often, until he was 6 months and we'd started weaning. For some babies it's just normal! If he's unhappy or you're worried take him to the GP. If he's ok I'm sure it will work it's way out

My health visitor advised against boiled water so small. Wait a day, my daughter was the same.
