I don't know the manufacturer. these came out on top when i googled, followed by kittykins.

We had a motherease one with frogs all over it, bought it from a nursery shop though. maybe try googling motherease?

I ordered one from the manufacturer here yesterday I think it's a one woman show, but she doesn't charge postage, which is a bonus.

Kittykins didn't have any blue tractors, I bought the yellow one instead. It's still as cute though
