Baking, painting/crafts/plasticine, jigsaws/puzzles, swimming, soft play, walks in the park, bike rides, seaside/national trust visit (we are fairly close to the coast though), picnic in the garden, cafe lunch, watching daddy play cricket (we usually last 20 mins before heading for coffee and ice cream, visiting grandparents/friends/cousins, all interspace with plenty of paw patrol and fireman Sam 😀

We've given up on theatre/cinema for the time being...!

I have a 3 and a 2 year old so have to tailor activities to them both.
Usually:
Sat morning is ballet. Sat afternoon we go out somewhere like a NT place or play farm.
Sunday morning we take the dog for a long walk and go to the park. Sunday afternoon play in the garden/at home.
Occasionally one of us takes the 3 year old to the cinema while the other takes the 2 year old elsewhere.

Just turned 4 and looking for ideas.

See family, hang out. They entertain themselves in the garden when they're together. Most Saturdays have a village fete or a car boot at the moment.

If it's just us at home, craft stuff, cooking, sporty stuff in the garden.

Probably head out to a child friendly pub or the local playground.

And of course Netflix!!

We're pretty boring.
Potter around the house and garden.
If it's good weather, we'll go to the playground or nearby botanic gardens or very occasionally somewhere more exciting.
A walk into town is usually enough to get the toddler excited as she'll get a box of fruit salad from Waitrose.

Usually we have a busy weekend planned as we both work full time so don't get to spend much time with our nearly 3 year old twins during the week. So it will be a farm park or family day out or the beach or swimming and a family friendly pub

If it's a quiet day and the weather is good then they will play in the garden, maybe with the paddling pool. They bath their dolls or do painting outside, play in their playhouse, have a teddy bear picnic. If it's raining or really cold we'll do puzzles or tea parties indoors, watch a movie, bake or play hide and seek

Try to have as much downtime as possible
(playing at home or local playground), often with friends. Or we go to friends. We almost never do errands/shopping together - I save those chores for when I'm child free. Neither do we have any classes or regular activities at the weekend.

I've got a 3 and 2 year old, and luckily they're into the same stuff.

Saturdays are usually a trip - farm, national trust, different park further away, museum, trampoline place, grandparents etc

Sundays are usually swimming lessons then pottering at home, playing in the garden, baking etc.

I have a 3.5 year old and a 2 year old. On weekends we generally set off out at 9.30 ish and stay out until 6-7 ish. We go for long walks, soft play places, any events going on, go on the train somewhere, picnics. On Sundays we might go for a walk in the morning then we often see family for tea, so either we all go out or they come to us.
