Alternative to dry nights?

Does anyone know of an alternative to dry nights? DS has regressed somewhat in the toilet training and I'm finding them a bit pricey, although they do a fab job! He's nearly 5 and has been brill up to now, Drs have ruled out anything medical but just need a little help with night times!

Pampers do a size 7 now in nappies which may be cheaper than pants

Pampers "bed mats".. they are brilliant! Completely absorbent pad type thing child lies on; it's comfy! Soaks up any accidents and protects mattress; but child still feels the "wet" and helps them realise they need to get up
If need a wee! Also
Put a potty in their room
For night time wees! My dd has been dry night and day since 2.5 doing this x

Thank you. We are finding it strange that he has been fab all this time but recently just keeps having accidents. It's like he's too busy with something and then just goes in his pants and isn't bothered by the wet in the day. He still gets up for a wee in the night, but there's always a little bit in underwear making him sore. Like he's leaking?
