Wanted night nappies!!!

I'm gonna take the leap into night cloth nappies so I need some very absorbant nappies. The ones I have are ok for up to 4-5 hours but not all night long.

I've been recommended Minkis and Bumhuggers but any other sugestions are welcome.
Thanx

Nothing beats a minki huggle!!

What about stuffies? Nice fleece lining, an internal booster and an additional booster for the pocket. And if that isn't enough, then you can add your own stuffing - I usually add a small prefold and a microfibre cloth. Keeps DS going nicely!

The other absolutely key thing IME is to make sure both the nappy and wrap are big enough. DS went through a phase of leaking through every single night a month or so ago. I added extra stuffing which didn't work so I moved up a size. There was a lot less leaking but still a wee bit (). So I bit the bullet and bought some extra large wraps from the Nappy Lady's classifieds (definitely the first place to look for good quality used nappies!) and DS has been dry right through ever since!

I'm not finding my huggle as great as I expected . A wambamboo boostered with microfibre cloths and a wool wrap are perfect on my little man.

I love wee notions, ellas house bumhugger or bumble/bambeasy at night (on LO not me!!). They all have a fleece lining which acts as a stay dry layer and a pocket which you can put an extra booster into. At the moment i'm using microfibre inserts but i need some more and i'll probably get bamboo or hemp ones next. Also I use a fleece or airflow wrap over the nappy-i much prefer the fleece for night but i only have one and it pongs after a night on so has to be washed after each use

Ellas House hemp inserts (for pocket nappies) are great boosters at night, favourite night nappies are Swaddlebees one-size and Baby Beehinds one-size (I've only tried the hemp, which is fab - the bamboo is supposed to be even better).

Do boost between the nappy and the wrap at night so that the leg elastic on the nappy doesn't over stretch and I'd really recommend wool, it took me ages to try it (I stuck with fleece wraps for quite a while) but wish I'd used wool earlier - theres so much less washing with it once the wraps are up and running.

Thank you all for the help. If I buy Bumhuggers or Minkis do I need wraps as well?
Also, will Wonderfulls fit into them?

Thanx

I know nothing at all about bumhuggers. Minkis depends on what you are getting - a huggle needs a wrap, but a minki pocket doesnt - a wonderfull would fit in there but it might be a bit lost - they are big

Thank you flamey, I get more and more interested in these Minki Huggles.

I have one that still works even though it has holes in it!! Would you like it for postage plus £1.50 (so I can buy a mag when hubby goes out next week)
