What is the age guide on them? If they still work ok for her then I wouldn't see a need to change

Teats on bottles usually give guidance of size one 0-3m, size two 3-6m, size three 6m+ but it's more about how much flow your baby needs / can cope with.

Many dummies are 0-6m and then 6-18m. My 15m old DS can fit a whole 0-6m one in his mouth so the bigger size is better for him.

Teats can block up to so you'll probably replace some with the same size if she isn't ready for the next size.

Have responded on your other thread. MAM size 1 is for 0-2 months and size 2 is for 2 months plus.

MAM dummies are for 0-6 months and 6 months plus so it depends what ones you already have.

As your baby grows you need to change the level of the teat and the size of the dummy. Each dummy or teat might have different guidelines, so you should check the packaging. For example Tommee Tippee or Dr Brown teat levels are as following.

Tommee tippee Teats - 0+ months, 3+ months, 6+ months
Dr Brown - preemie flow (for premature babies), level 1 (0+ months), level 2 (3+ months), level 3 (6+ months), level 4 (9+ months)

Again for dummies it depends on the brand, but for Philip's advent dummy it is 0-6months and 6-18months.

Each teat will have a different milk flow level, the holes in the teat get bigger as you go up a level.
