Oh, ffs.

Of COURSE it doesn't feel like slow death.

Sorry, SSD.

But honestly, your OP on the other one was ill-conceived and seemed specifically designed to get a rise.

Compo, what "name for myself"?! You sound like a teacher!

OP posts:
compo · 15/03/2007 16:39

he he he - I would make a very bad teacer

compo · 15/03/2007 16:39

Bit late for that advice compo

doggiesayswoof · 15/03/2007 16:51

I'm with you hunker

Oh - hang on - ssd has APOLOGISED now so that's ok

ComeOVeneer · 15/03/2007 16:53

Sorry I don't usually get involved with this type of thread but how can you criticise someone for starting a thread then do exactly the same thing? Isn't it a bit hypocritical?

VeniVidiVickiQV · 15/03/2007 16:53

doggie....people make mistakes.

Even if that mistake is showing your true colours in public

Hunker has apologised too....

But nothing like a big row, is there?

hunkermunker · 15/03/2007 16:55

I wasn't criticising her for starting the thread naming Xenia.

I was pointing out that saying it felt like "slow death" to only spend two hours a day with your children was a bit of a patronising below-the-belt way of putting it.

OP posts:
DimpledThighs · 15/03/2007 16:57

god why is everyone taking mumsnet so seriously today?!?!

Free speech free country.

Chill out and stop telling people off about what kind of threads they start - it would be so dull if we were all always nice.

ComeOVeneer · 15/03/2007 16:57

Sorry, I am just getting rather sick of this working mum, sahm stuff today.
