Thats it. My DD is 7.5 months old, currently lying in her travel cot dozing off.

I love her. I love her. I love her.

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

My dd is nearly 16 and I still feel the same

Just because I have not said it for a few hours.

I still love my DD. She is the absolute best. Some more things to love below:

I love the way she smacks her arms up and down frantically in excitement.

I love the wrinkles in her brow when she is about to cry her 'daddy' look.

I love the way she passes out after a good feed.

I love the creases in her little chubby legs.

I love her sparkley eyes. Piercing Blue and deep as the ocean.

I am off to bed, but cannot go without just reminding you all of how much I love my DD.

I love her even when she bites me whilst nursing
I love the way she stretches her arms and screws her face up in contentment after a feed, just before sleep.
I love the little snuffly noises she makes when she drinks her milk.
I love the way she pads me when she wants the milk to come out faster, like its a slot machine that stole a 2p.
I love her being in our bedroom with her so I can hear her soft breathing during the night.
I love that she currently sounds like a piglet as she has a blocked nose.
I love that she is here right now, that she chose us, this time and this way to be with us.

I know its sickly, but I had a rotten time recently and my LO makes my life complete and worthwhile...its good to share some nice thoughts!

PTC: She sounds wonderful!

they are wonderful when they are little, teenagers and, I suspect (and hope) our mothers think their children are wonderful even when they grow up! They even then provide their wonderful children for a second round - this time without the expense, sleep deprivation and responsibility!

May the lovefest continue!

Hey Pavlov, loving your dd today by any chance?

Pavlovthecat · 23/02/2007 21:29

Kathy, I have been loving her all day, esp when I had a break and went out to lunch with a long lost friend, the first time I been out on my own without her for a while, it was great!

I still absolutely love her...!

I love my DD, shes 5 months old and is the best thing Ive ever done.

I love the way she stops nursing halfway through, looks up at me, smiles at me contentedly, then carries on nursing.
I LOVE the way she already knows her own mind and what she wants (and cant be fobbed off) I love her little stretch when she wakes up. WHen she laughs, its the best feeling in the world, and Ive got no choice but to laugh with her.
I love her fatty little bow legs and little pot belly.
When she sleeps she looks like a cross between an angel and an otter (with her arms up by her face)

Dophus - my dd1 (almost 9 now) was/is the "perfect" baby and child - very laid-back, good sleeper, sociable, happy, gorgeous, clever, rarely had tantrums (even during the "terrible twos" and was just so easy.

DD2 (nearly 2) is a bad sleeper, wilful, into everything, has several tantrums a day, and has phases of pinching/pushing/pulling/biting other children. BUT, she is gorgeous, funny, affectionate, bright, and competely adorable. I love her to bits.

No two children are the same, and although dd1 is probably always going to be the easiest of the two, I don't love her any more than I love dd2.

So stop worrying .

Sakura - snap.

Today, I love the following about my baby...

I love the way she tried to put two fist fulls of scrambled egg into her at once.
I love the gulping sound she makes as she sips from her cup...well learns to.
I love her constant half moon grin
I love the dimples in the low of her back.
The way she scoots across the floor on her hands and knees and looks back to see if I am there.
The first smile of the morning. The one that says 'i love you mummy, I am so glad you woke up'.
