8 year olds

I have a few questions regarding 8 year olds I'm hoping someone can help me with. My son (8) spends time at his dads and they have teenage sons living there and my ds seems to think he's now 18 and not 8.

My questions are:

Do 8 year olds still wear pyjamas?
Do 8 year olds get to stay up to watch Big Brother?
Do 8 year olds talk on msn to their friends?

I'm sure I'll think of some more later.

yes, no ,no

Yes - but does it actually matter if they want to sleep in pants and vest or something else?

No - I don't know any 8 yr olds who give a monkeys about BB - it's on too late anyway

No - 8yr olds aren't on msn round here and are usually only just mastering the art of a phone call.

Oops should have added Club Penguin to number 3 - carefully monitored though (ie what she types)

Mine are allowed on freebie Club Penguin but with the parental filter so they can only do "safe chat" which is precoded stuff like "hello".
