Advice on cloth nappies please!

I started my 5 month old dd on cloth nappies yesterday and all worked fine during the day but this morning she woke up and her back was soaked. I used the pop-in pad so not sure what went wrong unless I wasn't careful to ensure that the whole nappy was under the wrap. Should I use an extra booster?
Also, I have a friend who has offered me some Nature wraps, can I use these with the mother-ease nappies? I am assuming that you can use any wraps?
The third query I have is I have just seen that mother-ease do a stay-dry nappy which has a built-in polyester lining. Is this better?

Thank you!

Bloss - you should will beable to tell me which totsbots to get I am sooo confused.
I would like the in built liner but it only comes in white. I would rather the unbleached and they are supposed to be more absorbant.
And the pastel ones are gorgeous, do they have liners?
I don't think I mind about the aplix or nappi nippa? The nursery said they didn't mind.
I have already ordered MEOS and bumbles. I can't have all of them!!!

Argh, I had the same dilema. I started with three tots (one white and two pastel) and two bumbles. I used them for a couple of weeks and that's when I found out the bumbles fitted my ds better. Maybe you should try what you have for a little while and see which way you sway. Must admit I LOVE the colours of the totsbots, there's nothing else like them (except for the few limited edition blue bumbles I have) but I can't justify getting them when they don't fit ds. I keep plugging away at Caroline/Ali. I keep thinking I'll sell on my tots but I just can't seem to part from them at the mo!

Thank you very much bloss - I knew I was asking the right person.
One last thing - dd is nearly 8 weeks and just 10lb, she is not a very big baby. Should I go straight to a size two nappy? She is in a bumble at the moment popped down, it looks gorgeous but it's HUGE on her.
