Gravel driveway and pram: what do I do?

Hello!
We just bought a new house and recently moved in with our 7 month old baby. When we viewed the house we didn't realise that we were going to struggle pushing our Cybex travel system (Callisto/Cloud Q) on the deep gravel driveway between our front door and the entrance gate.
The driveway is about 50-60 meters and I have tried asking the management company for help (install metal grilles for example) but they say they can't help as this is a shared driveway that is driven over and most solutions won't work.
There are 3 houses sharing the driveway and we are the only one with this problem so the others have no interest in making the driveway pram-friendly. Paving the driveway (with concrete slabs for example) would cost a fortune and would require permission from all users. It would be cheaper to buy a new pram.
Does anyone have the same problem and how did you solve it? Moving is not an option. Could you recommend a pram/stroller that would 100% work on a gravel driveway? At the moment I am pulling it backwards but it takes ages and it's very unstable and we get stuck often. Also impossible to carry bags and pull the pram at the same time. Any suggestions would be much appreciated!

Hi! Thought I'd give you an update.
I have now taken the car seat off the Callisto frame and put the pram seat in instead. It's made things better when it comes to tackling the gravel. Still not perfect but I can manage for now. I think, though, I will invest in a Phil and Ted in the future, once my DD gets a bit bigger (she's 8.5 months and weighing "only" 6.7 kg). Thank you all for your help and suggestions!

I bought a second-hand earlier version of this for my DS when my previous buggy "died" through lots of heavy use. It cost about £70 second hand and handled everything I threw at it for the best part of three years - deep gravel driveway, forest tracks, mud, snow and ice, large DS, lots and lots of shopping etc.

It was absolutely brilliant on gravel and on rough forest tracks etc. I loved, loved, loved it - brilliant buggy with loads of really useful features! Only downside was that it was quite bulky for the car boot, but its wheels could be popped on and off without much effort to take up less space. The one I had didn't have swivelling front wheels either but I soon got used to that and it wasn't a problem.

I am thinking of selling it on now as DS doesn't need it and it is still in such good nick re re-sale value that I am sure it will end up costing me virtually nothing to have used it for three years!
