What does it mean?

JoJo - sorry to butt in. I use terries and disposable paper liners and I don't routinely use a nappy cream. I just make sure I give him a good rinse with cotton wool and water at each change. If he does start looking red I put on Kamillosan (yes, the one for sore nipples) at the last change before bed so it can work overnight (I use a disposable for night time). Any redness is usually gone by morning.

JoJo, I find I have to use a barrier cream or ds3 gets a red bum. I am currently using one called "better botty barrier" which is nice but does go a bit grainy. They also do a cream which I haven't tried yet.

JoJo - you could get some stuffables like fuzzis and just stuff your terries in - would save getting extra wraps and they are fleece lined so keeps them dry overnight. There are a few different stuffables our there so worth having a look online.

Saw a nature babies stuffable today - really nice!
