Nursing bras??

Hoping someone can help!

DD diagnosed with tongue tie and had difficulty feeding for a week. Tongue tie division done and feeding is fine on one side, but bad on the other. Latch seems okay but the nipple is so sore it doesn't seem to get chance to heal between feeds.

I'm using my daggy nursing bras used when DS was born, and to be honest I got away with busing vests back then... However, this time I'm regularly very full, tender, and nipples are so sore. Any advice on what the best nursing bra might be? I'd like something with just a small gap where nipple is exposed, as I feel like my boobs still need the support... Any ideas??

Some nursing bras have what's known as an A frame which means that when the cup is dropped, there is still a support around the outer part of the breast. They tend to be in the better quality/larger sizes IME.

From Here To Maternity (online) has a good range of styles, I've got some good ones from there that have a sort of soft 'underwire' bit (not actually wire!) which are very supportive. I can't remember what the style is called though and am trying to bf DD to sleep in the dark so can't check

I always really liked primark nursing bras. Super comfy, have the flap and nipple hole system and super cheap. I think 2 for £6 or similar. I have quite small boobs though 34b when not pg or BF so not sure how good they would be for bigger boobs.
