Sexy hair styles in latest M&S girls' coats ad?

So I clicked on the M&S advert in my inbox tonight, and again clicked on the girls' coats ads because it's that time of year...scrolled through the page and noticed the styling of the girl models' hair.

I'm not a prude by any chance, but I am extremely cautious of the images my kids are exposed to and would Never style them above their tender ages of below 5 years. Even if my kids are not viewing this page, I am, and IMHO these images are too sexy, too adult looking.

Is it just me, or is this hair style (part up/down with wispy strands framing the face), just a little too sexy for girls aged 5-14? For instance, would a parent of a child this age purposely style the hair this way - and let her out of the house like that?

I'd be interested to know what others think about this. And believe me, I know this is only a taste of what's to come and they get older!

I expect the whole thing about us talking about M&S and giving it head space is getting the management very hot . Maybe OP works for them? seems to have disappeared anyway.

This is a very odd op. DD is 2 and has wild, untameable mad and curly hair. Sexy? No. Feral child that thinks I'm trying to kill her with hairclips? Yes.
I do quite like the fake fur coat though.

It must be a marketing ploy.. DD needs a winter coat and it got me to have a look, but I was a bit meh at the styles ! I think we are being played.

To be honest it's really creepy that you you're looking a these pictures and thinking of them as sexy. They're just hairstyles. That is all.
