Rough routine for a 13 month old?

Can anyone give me a rough routine of what a 13 month olds routine should be? Including naps, snacks, meals, milk, bedtime?

I need to get into a better routine as meal times vary each day, snacks I give if he's hungry between meals but not on a schedule.
We used to do wake up at 8 bedtime at 8 as it suited us but we've started going to more toddler groups so he needs to get up earlier and have his first nap before we go so I'm gradually waking him up earlier each day so hoping to do 6.30-6.30.

Would just be interested in seeing what others do.
Thanks!

I'm also keen to see other routines as DD will be 13 months when she goes to nursery/I go back to work. She's nearly 12 months and our day goes:
6.15ish - up, BF
9.30 - nap
10.15 - up, baby group, snack if hungry
12.30 - lunch
2 - nap
3.30 - up, BF, local outing
5.45 - dinner
7 - bath, bed by 7.30

Like you I have to set alarm so we can get to baby groups on time, fitting in morning nap first!

At 13 mo DD2 was down to 1 nap, but that may be unusual (at 22mo it's hit-or-miss whether she naps at all). Also had to fit in with DD1's routine so naps were (still are) often in the pushchair on the way to or from nursery.
So we had:

Up 7-7:30, breakfast, getting dressed etc
10:30ish snack (or whatever time a toddler group does it when out)
nap (on way back from nursery collecting DD1)
13:00ish lunch
nap, if not earlier
15:30 snack
18:30 tea/dinner (earlier at the weekend but I get back from work at 18:00 usually)
Followed by bath, stories bed.

DC2 is 16mo but we're still doing the same routine we had at 13mo.

6.30/7 up, BF, breakfast, dressed
Then out either on school run, to childcare or some kind of shopping trip/excursion, depending on what day it is.
10.30/11 snack
12/12.30 lunch
3 snack
Afternoon we either walk the dog, do school run, or draw/play in the house and I'll start dinner later
6/6.30 dinner
Bath and bed, BF, down by 7.30/8

Oh, she naps either after lunch or during afternoon school run/dog walk

DS1 is 13 months and he's at nursery 3 days but with me 4 days a week. At nursery he only naps once (too much going on to sleep!) but with me:

6.30am wake and bottle
7.30am breakfast (or just fruit if nursery day as he gets brekkie there)
9.30am nap (45-90 mins. Can vary). Either at home, buggy or car.
12.30pm lunch
2pm/2.30pm nap (as above, can vary)
5.30pm (later on nursery days). Dinner
6.30/6.45pm bath
7.15pm bottle and bed

He has snacks during the day but not a specific time, just depends where we are and what we're doing. He drinks water all day.

My DD is 15mo but also in the same loose routine as at 13mo. I'm not in to strict routines as I find them stiflingly probably why I have an appalling sleeper, though it certainly has never affected her monster appetite!, but roughly:
6.30 milk then back to sleep for an hour
7.30 When she naturally wakes up, can be 8 if she's had a bad night
8.30 or 9 breakfast
Sometime between 11 and 12 (depending what we've been doing that morning) snack, followed by a nap. 2hrs most days, but 40mins if I'm really unlucky.
Lunch upon waking: 1-2pm?
4pm snack if she seems peckish, but rarely given unless she's been particularly active eg softplay.
5.30 or 6ish Dinner
6.30 Bath, milk
7.15 Bed

I wouldn't change bed/waking times too drastically just so you can fit in a nap before going to groups as he'll transition to one before long. Could always try him out on one now? It suited my DD at his age - she finally naps, as had been a complete nap refuser up until that point never managing more than 40 mins. It was life-changing!
