Ideas for parties for under 3's

Anyone have any good ideas for activities for parties for under 3's? We're having it 3-5pm with tea at 4pm. I'd like to have something definite to do before tea if possible.

(about 6 kids in my living room)

make wands, roll up tight some a4 card into a tube, add star shape for the top and decorate with glitter

party blowers, balloons, pass the parcel, all your old fashioned favourites are good with this age group.
And if I may be so bold, I think 2 hours is a tad long. Give yourselves a break and make it 90 minutes.

any craft activity is good because people dont all turn up at the same time.

decorating paper crowns?

Oh with this crowd they won't all turn up at 3pm and some will go before 5pm. All their mums are coming with them so we can take it in turns to watch small fry while two or three mums sit in the kitchen with tea and cake!

I went to a party for the same age group and we tried pass the parcel - they just all wandered off!

I like the fish idea, or possibly i could do star plates, cut out stars to decorate with glitter? or even snowflake shapes (it is suppoused to be an XMas party afterall)

How do you feel about video for after tea?
