Sticker chart for regressing 3yo - how, where from?

I'm 36 weeks pg & have no brain cells left so apologies if this seems an obvious sort of qu. My ds, who's 3 next month, did really well on the potty training to start with & never had an accident really after the first few weeks. But in the last month, he's being difficult & refusing to go to the toilet when obviously needing to. Then he gets wet & doesn't seem bothered, some poos as well. There's a deliberate 'accident' nearly every day now. He's dry at night still, that seems fine. So I think positive reinforcement would do the trick. Sticker chart seems a good option, nursery have offered to do it as well & so can my mum, who has him 1 day a week. question is, where do you buy them (please don't suggest I make one, I just do not have the time or energy) and what's the best way to make it work e.g. a treat for every five stickers or something??
Thanks for any advice!

I don't know if you can buy them - honestly, just make a grid with a black marker pen - about 3 or 4 squares in a row with a cut out picture of a reward at the end of each row. Something like a pic of Thomas the Tank engine, Percy, Duck or whatever he's into. Self adhesive stars from elc or any stationer, supermarket etc. Let him stick a star on every time he uses the toilet. Make the boxes quite big so they can fit lots of stars in each one. Then tell him how clever he is to get stars in every square and after the first 3/4 days he gets Thomas, the next 3/4 days he gets Percy etc etc. Don't make him 'fail' if he doesn't get a star one day - just carry on and stick the star on next time he uses the loo.

You can buy potty traing sticker charts on ebay.

I've bought other charts off there as well.

Some sellers even put the childs name or favourite tv character on as well.

But if you let him cut out a picture of his reward (eg from Argos book/Woolworths catalogue/ELC etc)and stick it on himself then he will feel proud of making the chart and will be much more involved in the process.
It doesn't have to be a work of art - a dozen lines with a marker pen on a sheet of computer paper will take you about a minute and a half. Why complicate things? He'll love it if you help him do it himself.

You don't even need to bother with a grid or any organised chart if its too much effort.

I just put a piece of A4 blank card on the wall and gave one sticker for each success. Once he sees it filling up it will motivate him to do more.

By the time the piece of card looks quite full you'll see how far he's progressed and decide to end it with a bigger final reward or carry on with a new chart.

You can get general incentive charts from early learning where you can write on them and put magnetic stars on etc etc. Also could try great little trading company. Cheaper to make ur own but if you want to make it a little more glam than blank paper and pen then you might end up spending more for materials if u dont already have stuff. saying that - what a great activity to get ur little one involved while explaining whats it is for. an afternoon one day perhaps?
ELC chart cost me £4 btw

they're good horsemadgal. i used them for a while and it's easier to just print one out and draw a smilie on it. good luck my ds(5) was happy to just have a week of smilies so we didn't need to reward them iykwim!

Thanks all v.much, too busy changing pooey pants lately to get onto mumsnet! Really do not have time or energy to do afternoon of making sticker chart with ds, so I had a look on ebay & they look good or alternatively the one to download. Just hope it works, I threatened nappies last night & he said ok (but forgot by morning)!
