Most absorbent booster?

DS1 - 4 months, can outwee a size 3 TotsBots nappy overnight (10 hours). Without resorting to a midnight change (or using a disposable which is my current option ) what extra booster can I use? A terry square outside the nappy will just about do the job, but that's just a bit bulky for my liking! I don't really want to try any other nappies, as we have a complete collection of Tots, and I can't afford to start liking another type of nappy!

I think hemp are supposed to be good. My dd is the same. Just bought some hemp but haven't tried them yet though.

Hopefully someone more knowledgeable will be along shortly...

what about a microfibre cloth?

they absorb LOADS and are cheap, esp in tesco / wilkinsons etc

also is it possible that a size 3 tots is too big for a 4 month old?

What is microfibre cloth? Which section of Tescos would I find it in?

I bought some microfibre cloths from Tescos (in cleaning cloth section - there are Tesco own make, and branded ones), but I'm worried that when I wash them the yellow might run. Anyone tried them?

NannyL - I don't think it's the size that is the issue - if we use a size 1 or 2, the leaking occurs much earlier. We're not having problems with poo leaks, just wetness.

I've never known a child wee so much. His nappies are several times heavier than DS1's who is 2 and a half!

Tesco's sell a value pack of white microfibre clothes in the cleaning/household section/
Also you could try popping an extra booster in, such as a bamboo one by tots bots or geobel. or a hemp one also good!

selee - thanks for the heads up on white cloths. Our Tesco must be too small to stock them. Will have to hunt them out at the bigger one!

I haven't tried bamboo or hemp boosters. I might have to bite the bullet, and invest in a few things to try.

the blue and yellow microfibre cloths dont run at al even at 90c... well they ahvnt for me anyway!

they are with the cloths in the cleaning section

the value microfibre cloths are smaller so essentially less absorbant then a non value one that is bigger
