How can I make my pocket nappies not leak overnight?

Flamesparrow says to get different nappies for overnight but...

I have been given the fuzzibunz I am using, and don't want to spend much, so cheap options please! Things I have seen mentioned for stuffing nappies are microfibre cloths - are they any good overnight? Someone mentioned a hemp booster - any good?

Ds is 15 weeks, but sleeps up to 10 or 11 hours at night (lucky me!) so I need something very absorbant.

I've been using folded up face flannels as boosters, but this does make the nappy fairly bulky so I've got some bamboo boosters on order. I'll let you know how I get on with them.

Yes please had been thinking of trying flannels too.

The bamboo boosters arrived, and I have been using them for a couple of days. They are very absorbent for their size - they are really slim - but they take for ever to dry. Yesterday, they had to go on the radiator after coming out the tumble drier. So unless you are worried about bulk, it would be easier to stick to flannels. If you are interested in bamboo things, I got mine from an ebay shop called Durham Happy Nappies.

I did hear an apocryphal tale at a local real nappy network meeting, from a mum who thought her son was waking in the night because he was wet, and stuffed more and more into his nappy, until she realised he was actually waking because he couldn't move because his nappy was so big!

For my 3 year old I use a fuzzi bunz with two boosters from banana babies. They are fabulous.

For the baby I use a minki huggle with 1-2 boosters. Never leaks. May be selling soon as the baby keeps growing........

What about micro fibre cloths? Very thin, very absorbant and dry in seconds. Also cheap.

I use wonderfull inserts (hemp)- I have found them to be the best by far. But I haven't tried them at night.
