Back when I had ds1, it was all BLW, Baby Signing and Treasure (wnaky) Baskets - what about now?

Ds1 is 8, and when he was born back in 2007 I'd just discovered MN, where there was much talk of BLW, Treasure Baskets and Baby Signing (things I'd never heard of before). We had a fab time trying out all three!

Now, ds2 is 3 weeks old and I was just wondering: what are the new things that everyone's raving about? What have I missed? :)

baby wearing is all over my fb feed when younger friends have babies. Even referring to it as 'baby wearing' when they mention it.

Nicky YY As I mentioned I'm lucky ... come 5.30pm dh gets playtime and I shower/rest etc. The daily break is what enables me to be slightly velcro the rest of the time.
dd isn't bothered so long as there is something to play with.

Though as for holding pfb over a bucket. My dd gives no signal when she wees and doesn't have "poo face" when squeezing one out. Also if you want to drive anywhere?
