My opinion is yes
Friend of mine now has 5 daughters, twins who will be 5 later this month, next is 3.5, next is 2 later this month and now a 1 month old baby.

Takes all sorts I suppose.

I think this couple take the prize, though... (sadly one of the second set of quads was stillborn, but it's still 8 children under 4, I think).
