DS is 7 months.
BF so gets breast first thing then breakfast.

When should I swap this about? I think I read it should be around now?

Dreading it as i still wake up leaking some mornings & it's such a relief to latch him on first thing!

My 12 month old has water with his breakfast and his milk about an hour later. He's been doing this since he was about 8/9 months because he was never eating breakfast as he was full of milk.

Gourd that's exactly what I would like to be doing when I'm back to work.

Thanks ladies!

Mine dropped his morning milk before he was 1. Mainly because I found it the easiest milk to drop first especially one I stop breast feeding. I just take him straight downstairs for his porridge or whatever as soon as he wakes up or just after his change.
He still has an afternoon milk at 17 months most days though as well as a bedtime milk.

DS (2.5) still likes a cup of warm milk first thing in the morning, also immediately after waking from his nap.
