If I am to read only one book on toddler's behaviour what should it be?

I'm pregnant, back at work, toddler not a great sleeper, starting with "toddler stuff" - I'm short of time and energy and need recommendations for a decent book on getting everyone through toddlerhood as happily as possible! Thanks in advance.....

It's by the same author as "The Rough Guide to Pregnancy and Birth"

Something about making your own wine.

Toddler taming

I don't like the "Taming" "wrangling" type titles with their suggestions of battles. Wrong mind set, IMHO.

ToddlerCalm

Thank you for the suggestions so far. I see your point Hak about the titles of the books. As far as I know Toddler Taming is written by an eminent child psychologist (or paediatrician? Not sure which) and Toddler Calm is written by a mum who has read up lots. Forgive me if I'm wrong. I quite liked the ethos behind the Babycalm book but need an easy to read book with practical tips that folk have found really works!

Brain Rules for Baby is my favourite.

Toddler Taming is a good book although I didn't agree with all his tips. But the main point is that toddlers more than anything else want your attention. If they can't get it for good behaviour they will take it for poor behaviour. So focus on the good, praise it to high heaven and ignore some of the bad. (That's a summary from when I read it nearly 7 years ago).
I also liked a book by Tanya Byron called something like 'your toddler month by month' which is about the different stages and is about what is going on developmentally. As a lot of toddler behaviour is about them making the transition from just pleasing themselves to learning how to deal with pleasing you and accepting that they can't have their own way all the time.
