DS will be 19 months when baby 2 arrives in Feb. He's a good walker at the moment although is terribly slow when we're out. But I like to encourage it. And besides, he's taken to being a grump in his buggy and want to walk or be carried (in ring sling). We're not out and about a lot, just short trips into town etc. But would probably do more long country walks in the summer if DS was more cooperative in the buggy.
Part of me thinks a double buggy is inevitable and we like the nipper double. But then I keep thinking that if DS wants to walk/be carried and not go in the buggy then it's a waste. Our single is a Quinny Buzz and buggypods/boards don't seem to fit it.
Options are:
- double buggy
- single buggy and use sling for one or the other. Though being feb, not sure about rainwear for a newborn in a sling...
- sell the buzz, buy a new single and get a board/pod
Any words of wisdom?
