Anyone else's baby gone crazy after vaccinations?

My ten week old baby had her first round of vaccinations last week. Up until then, she'd been pretty good - calm baby that didn't cry much, sleeping about 4 and a half to five hours a night and feeding every three hours in the day. After the jabs, she slept a very long time then was cranky for a day or two, which is pretty standard as far as I can gather. However, since then her schedule (if you can call it that!) has gone crazy! She sleeps all day until about 5pm and is awake then until about 4am - crying, feeding, arms and legs flailing about constantly and refusing to be put down even for a second! Has anyone else seen a change like this in a baby? I'm not saying its the vaccinations themselves, maybe just her age or her routine being broken after the jabs?? I've read loads of advice about babies that sleep by day and wake by night - they always say 'keep them awake during the day'! How in God's name do you keep a baby awake? If a baby wants to sleep, she can sleep through anything - noise, light, people talking, music, walks, the lot!

Gosh that sounds stressful! I've never heard of vaccinations being a culprit for that but you never know, it could just be the cock up in her routine. Our maybe a growth spurt?

I know that good daytime sleep promotes better night time sleep so keeping her awake too long may defeat the point.

Maybe wake her to feed? Or try and establish the day and night thing again e.g. bright and airy in daytime, dull and cosy at night.

Are you breastfeeding? Breast milk is richer at night (i think) so if she is having a growth spurt this will be why she's doing it at night.

Sorry i cant be of more help!
