they must be rubbing their hands in glee thinking of all those nappy addicts - great marketing ploy

throckenholt · 11/10/2006 08:21

[ps - I never quite got the appeal of cute patterns on nappies and wraps - they are usually hidden inside clothes anyway]

Flamebat · 11/10/2006 08:32

ds is normally in t-shirt and nappy... have you seen the legwarmers they are selling now??? so their legs don't get cold with bums out

(also so you don't have to battle tights over cloth)

throckenholt · 11/10/2006 08:54
  • thankfully I am just about past all of that stage ( much much cheaper now !).
sarahlou1uk · 11/10/2006 13:11

Flamebat - where's those leg warmers, what site?

CornflakeKid · 11/10/2006 14:21

My LGE catalogue came today and the new wrap was the first thing I spotted - will be placing my order!!!

lemonaid · 11/10/2006 14:24

A wrap's not actually a nappy, though, is it littlepiggie?

Flamebat · 11/10/2006 17:37

legwarmers

NastyNemo666 · 11/10/2006 18:01

I love the legwarmers..am desperatly trying to make some money so can buy them and the new wrap....darn this nappy addiction

moljam · 11/10/2006 18:04

i made legwarmers for ds out of my old knee length socks, they were roxy and great patterned, looks great and he gets lots of comments!

moljam · 11/10/2006 18:04

oh and i want this wrap, why do they do it!

sarahlou1uk · 11/10/2006 18:08

thank you flame bat!

littlepiggieneedssomesleep · 12/10/2006 20:25

I dont think telling its not a nappy will work lemonaid, i could just not lell him, but he changes nappies as well.

littlepiggieneedssomesleep · 12/10/2006 20:30

Very cute flamebat, but any ideas how they would work for a boy?

Flamebat · 12/10/2006 20:36

One suggestion is that when you have em in huger than huge babygrows to go over the nappy, you put the leg warmers on the bunched up legs so you don't get the amusing flappy foot issue.

littlepiggieneedssomesleep · 12/10/2006 20:51

but i like him in normal clothes in the day.
oh well i need to have a girl next. any ideas on that?

littlepiggieneedssomesleep · 12/10/2006 20:53

we are starting to put him in pjs in the night now as well.

Flamebat · 12/10/2006 21:46

Bah, just nappy, top, and manly legwarmers for the day

IdrisTheDragon · 12/10/2006 21:50

EnormousChangesAtTheLastMinute · 12/10/2006 21:52

lots of designs are starting to sell out...

littlepiggieneedssomesleep · 12/10/2006 21:56
