Not rubbish, no. I've never had bad seats up there compared to some other venues. But they are very high! And they are furthest from the action.

If its for a concert there are usually big screens to make it easier to see the act. I would say don't get the seats on the front row, as there is a bar which can block the view for shorter people, and its a long long way down if you look directly over. Anything back from that is usually ok. I would buy them.

I would hate to sit on that level as I'm scared of heights, it is very steep.

so not row A ?

No, nor B or probably C if there are children, they just won't be able to see over very easily. Row D is ok, i've taken 11yr olds who have been ok with that.

They are really, really steep. I could never sit up there.

I sat up there when I went to see Kylie. I've said I'll never book those seats again for two reasons:

  1. despite being at front near the stage the seats were so high up that it felt as though we weren't part of it. Like being onlookers to the audience in the lower levels who were all having a great time.

  2. the seats are tiered very sharply and even though I'm fine with heights I was weirded out by it. Even a few rows back it felt as though if you fell you could end up going over! Obviously this can't be a real risk as it doesn't happen but the sense of height coupled with narrow walkways was unnerving.

I remember saying afterwards that I wish we had paid the extra £20 for decent seats.

If you're going to see 1D I'd say your evening will be far better in seats with a restricted view Grin (sorry, very unhelpful post I know)
