Is there such a thing as unfragranced nappy bags?

Our PFB is 11 days old now and producing plenty of wonderful full nappies. 3 days ago I asked DH to get some more nappy bags whilst he was shopping. Because DH hates the smell of the nappy bags we have got, he and his friend decided to smell all the nappy bags in the changing aisle. Needless to say he didn't like any of them and came home empty handed. Can anyone recommended a brand that aren't fragranced?! Thanks

SAinsbury's own brand aren't.

Munchkin Arm and Hammer are unfragranced and very strong (but not available in the UK, sorry).

The really cheap value basics ranges usually aren't fragranced. They are a bit thin though, you might need to double bag.

Thanks all, I can send DH out again now fully informed :)

Use a food bag. I did they're cheaper and work fine.

Natty or any of the biodegradable ones

TheBitterBoy · 11/09/2014 21:29

Morrisons cheapie basics or more pricy Nature Babycare biodegradable ones are both fragrance free. I hated the scented ones, after a while the association between the smell of poo and the the smell of the bags means your brain thinks they smell of poo too.

mausmaus · 11/09/2014 21:31

just don't use nappy bags.

MsMarple · 11/09/2014 21:34

These Naty ones (can get them from larger Boots and some supermarkets) are the only ones I have found that are genuinely unfragranced: www.boots.com/en/Naty-Nature-Babycare-Eco-Disposable-Nappy-Bags-1-x-50-Pack_17426/

Aside from using cloth nappies, and washable nappy bags for out and about thereby negating the need for nappy bags....you could always recycle the thin plastic bags that they supply for self-selection of fruit and veg in the supermarket
