Newborn & Toddler Pram

Help! I am expecting my second baby in January and I have a little boy who will be 18 months by then! I need a double pram (not the side by side kind).

I have a few specifics:-
Must fit in the boot of a new VW polo
Must be able to use with Maxi-cosy pebble car seat

Any suggestions? It's an absolute nightmare!

It depends how much you want to spend. I have the baby jogger city select with the pebble seats on it. Works for both toddler and newborn and can be a single for later, I think they also do a buggy board for it.

Can't help you with the car boot situation, your best bet is to go to a shop and try them.

Oyster max or obaby zoom.

We've got oyster max but it fills the boot of our Peugeot 308 and I'm not sure about the compatability with the pebble. We use besafe go car seat with adaptors and I know the usual maxi cosi works with it.

My two distinct are the same age gap apart and I have an oyster max. I don't drive but have fitted everything in my mum's boot. The frame folds pretty flat and the seat fold neatly too. The carrycot takes up a bit of room though as expected!

I find it easy to push and get round shops and onto buses. I tried a baby jogger city select in a shop and found it impossible to get round corners, although maybe it's just me!

The obay zoom is big when folded and can't become a single further down the line. The oyster max is good for newborn and older.
The city selectisn't that big once you get the hang of it, but looking at the other suggestions it's maybe more suited to twins or very close age gap.
