Sleep need help

Why does my ds consistently wake up at 11pm on the dot every night?????

I have tried everything, but he still wakes periodically from 11pm through to 7am ish.

He has a good day time nap sometimes 2. He has a consistent night time routine usually down between 7-8pm no problems.

He is 13months this has happened since birth really. I think it's now habit, as I've changed day nap times, bedtime routine, what and how much he eats, down to to temperature in his room, taking out cuddly toys. Anything we could think of to why he might be waking so consistently.

He is still bf morning and night, and 1-2 feeds through the night but not a 11pm to try and break this habit.

I really am at my wits end??

Any help or tips gratefully received.

TIA

It usually takes 20 minutes plus, of going into his room laying him down saying its bedtime etc. then few minutes later repeating until he eventually goes down.

Rubbing his back etc don't work he just gets more irritated.

Surely after doing this routine at 11pm since January!!! He would have got the idea.

I've tried bf, cow milk, yogurt, biscuit (he won't eat things like porridge or weetabix) but I have tried cereal before bed to see if it is hunger but he will still wake.

We have tried changing when we go up to bed in case that's why he wakes we are. Disturbing him. (His is in his own bed).

He has a night light, we have tired that on and off, before jan i tried dream feeding him before 11pm. But no change.

I've tried change the time go goes to bed, later earlier. No change. It's always at 11pm. On the odd occasion he has gone longer my hubby and I have done a victory dance lol. But if never lasts

Nothing seems to help, I'm open to any suggestions

No idea why he's waking. Maybe white noise could help? You can get apps but you probably don't want to leave your phone/tablet in there all night! We used to use a fan on low (directed away from the cot) all night. Don't know if it would help but it might be worth a try.

What happens if you just leave him? Does he wake crying?
