Ideas on how to give 12 month old vitamins

My DD is completely refusing to take her vitamins. She is a very very fussy eater. I have tried the dummy (where you put medicine in) and other things too. She doesn't drink juice so can't insert it in there. Any ideas?

We used to give DS1 his by syringe. He hated getting them but found if we squirted them bit by bit into the corner of his mouth we got most of it in with minimal spitting.

With the vitamins you can place then on food. With mine I just use too add it to their milk bottle. But u can add it to food as there are many vitamins that are out they for adults what they can use to cook and use as a seasoning on their food. As long as its entering your system. Plus if u don't like the taste it's a good way to blend it in with other foods that we do like. Hope it helpsSmile

Abidec vitamin drops comes in a bottle with a syringe measure. You just drip it into their food.

I used to pop a drop on a spoon with morning yoghurt.

Try another brand? we had great difficulty with sugar-free vitamins, but no trouble at all with just giving special yummy syrup as a treat after pudding when we bought the sugary version

Kilda, it is the vitabiotics that I'm giving her! She won't have them.

Abidec we can't give due to her allergies.

I wonder if I tried to make it into jelly? Would that be ok?

Can't add it to purée or yogurts as she doesn't eat that. Only eats finger foods!

We use the NHS healthy start vitamin drops (A,C,D which is all they really need). Just 5 drops into their milk.
