Small one of about 0.5cm each way on face. Child is 6 months almost, wondering when it might disappear, if any mums out there have any experience?
I'm not bothered obviously just curious of others experience, kinda makes baby look even more uniquely lovely!

My DD has one on her hip. It has got bigger as she has grown - she is 2.6 now but as it is growing with her it is kind of breaking up & fading too.

My DO has one right on the top of her head it was very pronounced, maybe 0.7cm high, 1.5 cm wide, very red and very sensitive. She's now 28mths and it has reduced in height, is less red and it's now covered in a bit of hair. We've been told not to worry about it until she's 3, then if we feel there's an issue to talk to the GP

I had one on my lip. It was very pronounced in my christening photos at 3 months but gone by first Christmas photos as 5 months.

No trace of it now. Try not to worry.

DD had one the size of a 2p on the side of her neck when she was born. It looked like a love-bite!
By six months it was raised about 2mm off her skin (its right on top of an artery in her neck so it had a strong blood supply). The GP said it would fade and disappear and he was right. Now, at 5, she has a tiny smattering of pin prick sized red dots on her neck.

I really wouldn't worry, but get it checked out if you are concerned at all.
