Mini micro scooter or balance bike for two year old?

As it says really! 2nd birthday coming up and dithering between the two - tell me which I should get! We live in the countryside of that makes any difference at all.

Thanks everyone for all your input! I've ordered a mini micro today for her - very excited! Balance bike will come next year I think.
