My daughter is 16 months and onlooking for the helthiest of snacks for her. I was giving her raisins but have been told that they are quite high in sugar!
I was wondering if I could have some ideas for snacks that are healthy.

raisins are still ok, everything in moderation Smile
other ideas might be carrot strips or pepper strips with a dip of some kind?
cherry tomatoes and cheese cubes.
rice cake spread with peanut butter.
a handful of dry cereal like cheerios.
toast strips with cheese spread.
boiled egg chopped up Smile

My 2.4yo has the following (and hasn't really changed since your dc age)
Cheese cubes
Fruit - grapes, cut up apple, quartered strawberries, satsuma
Fruit pouch (favourite thing in the world, ever!)
Rice cakes - just bought strawberry flavour and they're going down well
Crackers (plain Jacobs type ones)
Baby crisps (cheese puffs etc)
Mini breadsticks
Cucumber and pepper sticks
Occasionally, biscuits, chocolate snack bar things, chocolate buttons - everything in moderation as pp says :)

Mine like apple slices and they really enjoy being given half a (peeled) tangerine. Slices of orange, oatcakes with a bit of cheese melted on.

It's the mess factor though. I just hoovered out our buggy today and it was disgusting! And I won't even look in the back of the car...

Oh, and brioche rolls, toast, crumpets, homemade banana muffins

My DC love cheese straws. They will keep for a few days in an airtight container.

Slices of apple or oatcakes spread with smooth nut butter.

Savoury muffin and blueberry pancakes both freeze well.

And if he likes raisins, how about trying dried fig and dried apricots. Both of mine eat dried fruit, usually once a day and neither have ever had any problems with their teeth.

And if that's not enough, try some of these Smile

My toddler loves carrot sticks , I buy loose carrots and peel and sliced them myself into sticks , much cheaper than the pre prepared bags.
Also he loves plain rice cakes , plain oatcakes or if out and about snack a jacks
Little boxes of raisins are so handy though :)

oh also I put Wheetos or Cheerios in a little tiny Tupperware tub for out and about too , perfect finger food

I don't go in for providing many toddler snacks - I find DS doesn't eat very well at meals if he snacks, but if he's pestering I just go for a cube of cheese - no sugar and lots of fat and protein which are the main things children need. It's overlooked that toddlers require a much higher proportion of fat in their diet than adults.
