Should I take my toddler to walk in centre?

Hello, first time poster here. My 2yo son was really unsettled last night and woke up saying he had a sore tongue, and just kept saying he was sore. (I think this means he had a sore throat?)

He's been really bunged up and snotty this weekend, no temperature, just coldy. This morning, this cold seems so much worse, he's been saying he wants to sleep, so I've let him sleep as much as he wants.

He wouldn't eat breakfast, which is usually some weetabix. But this afternoon he managed some sausage roll and some banana. He then said he wanted to sleep in 'mummy bed' so we came upstairs to sleep, and after about 15mins he vomited everywhere.

I've now washed him and he's gone back to sleep.

When he wakes should I take him to walk in clinic as the GP surgery will be closing shortly. He hasn't got a temp, but is pale and quite groggy.

I wouldn't. He has a bug. See how he is in a day or two.

I wouldn't either, just keep him comfy.
I have a 9yo at home like this.

Doesn't sound like he needs a doctor - rest, lots of fluids, calpol if he seems in pain. If he hasn't picked up in a couple of days then maybe see the GP.

Thanks all so much for replying, really appreciate it. He's been up for an hour, seems to be feeling better, given him cool boiled water, and he's managed some toast and is comfy on the sofa next to me at the moment. Hopefully this means he'll be on the up soon.

Thanks again.
