Hi, my little girl has just turnt 18 months I'm a first time parent and I'm in need of advice about potty training when is the best time to start potty training and anyone have any advice or tips :) also I think she's going through the terrible twos already getting frustrated with herself becoming a fussy eater says no to everything cries when she doesn't get her own way I just don't know how to deal with any of this I always end up giving in to her and everyone says I make it worse for myself when she is older

This blog is great. She also blogs on all other things toddler related.

No she hasn't shown any signs I just wanted to know a age to start her using the potty she does seem interested with toilets though she has seen me use the toilet then she will grab the toilet paper and try put it down the toilet with me still on the toilet and she likes the button to flush the toilet too

And I can see what your saying but she has me wrapped round her little finger I say no to things that could harm her like trying to close doors climbing furniture she does listen to that but it's more of can't get her own way like for a example she loves car keys and used to let her play with them but she misplaced a set of keys and now say no to keys tried to make her her own set of keys and the toy keys but it's the car key she wants I understand what you are saying though but sometimes it's like she understands when I say no or tell her off for being naughty and she does a sad face and cries with real tears making me feel guilty is that normal?
