Would you think this was weird?

12 mth old DS is really good friends with another boy at nursery. DS is being moved down a room, and I'd like to keep the friendship going.
Would the other boys parents think I was odd if I passed a note to nursery for them to give to his parents, inviting him for a play date, with my mobile number? Don't want them thinking I'm strange Grin

I think that's ever so cute Smile
And a lovely idea!!
Just explain how your little boy and their child seem to get on so well! The worst that can happen is they don't get in touch, not the end of the world Smile

I'm amazed he's made a friend at that age!
But a playdate, why not? I wouldn't think you were strange.

If I were the parents I would think it was lovely and would definitely accept, as you sound like a thoughtful person. Smile

Thanks all, I just didn't want to come across as stalkerish. Nursery said that last week the other lad was off, and my ds seemed to really miss him. When they saw each other on Monday, there was apparently much running towards each other and giggles, so it seems a shame to separate them completely Grin
