That's it really. I have a 9m.o. and a 2.3y.o. We have a nanny a couple of days and a nursery the rest of the time. The juggling is hard work. I don't expect that to change but --- what oh wise people are your best tips?

Lower your standards!

Is there enough spare cash for a cleaner? That is my luxury at £20/week.

Write a list of things to do, e.g. post letters, bank, pick up fresh bread, and when your passing the appropriate place, do the task.

Kids love posting letters, so you can go for an evening walk, and post the letter at the same time - kids occupied and think its an adventure, one job off the list!

Its tough going, but gets easier, honest. 2 and 4 here now, and about to discover what throwing school (and homework???) into the mix does!

Thanks. I have a cleaner (otherwise house would be awful). I also recently joined tesco delivery saver and that helps a bit (especially when you realise no bread or no milk!). But am finding it all just so very relentless.
