Smile I've started to do a little research in contraptions you insert into your hahoo to help with weak pelvic floor.

I've only had one baby and my pelvic floor isn't too bad but I do a lot of intensive exercise and find that I am moderately incontinent when jumping around - its getting very annoying.

I do my pelvic floor exercises but keep forgetting to keep them up! I thought these little ball things that look remarkably like a sex toy could possibly help. Anyone tried and tested them?????

Have you seen a 'lady physio'? we have a specialist unit in the hospital for women's physio. I went then when my stomach muscles parted and then when I had a prolapse. They were really helpful and gave me exercises to do. When I do them regularly I can notice the difference. When I notice they aren't working I remember to do them again!

I also didn't need a referral from my GP, I could just ring. (but I didn't realise this until I'd asked me GP who was very understanding and referred me pronto).

nah to the sex toys.. yeah to the professionals!!

I'm the same. I wee when I cough a lot.
Was looking at these electronic ball things that help you with your pelvic floor exercises. A few friends have tried them and say that they really work.

I'm tempted but the price puts me off £50! Not exactly the kind of thing that you could buy second hand of ebay either!

I set a reminder on my iPhone to go off every hour otherwise I forget. Haven't used any fanjo tools yet, maybe after the second or third child
