No, too cold on her legs, never warm enough in England for clothes like that, you'd never get enough use out of them to justify the cost

TickledYonion · 04/05/2013 08:56

Maybe with a tshirt underneath. It would have to be really hot for DD to wear something backless in which case she might as well just wear a nappy or something more comfortable than a frilly romper/dress.

OnceUponAThyme · 04/05/2013 18:09

I would dress my dd in that if she was younger, but at 4 she wouldn't wear it, plus would struggle escaping it in the toilet Grin
very cute though Smile

No, don't like.

Restorer · 04/05/2013 18:18

A bit OTT with the frills and I'd worry about sunburn on the days it was warm enough to wear it, but not horrible

whitewineintherain · 04/05/2013 18:25

No, I don't like them as well as the fact the weather is never warm enough and I'd also worry about sunburn.

nooka · 04/05/2013 18:31

No. I really don't like (or understand) all the frilly layers. Mind you dd is 12 now! I did dress her in cotton romper type things in the summer when she was small, but in bright colours and without all the frills.

CreatureRetorts · 04/05/2013 19:12

I would. Cute!

lljkk · 04/05/2013 19:20

That's dead cute, I would, with tights & a long sleeve vest in present weather.

MoaningMingeWhingesAgain · 04/05/2013 19:24

Very cute, but never be warm enough to wear it. And if it was warm enough, would worry about sunburn Smile They are gorgeous though.

SecretCodesAndShame · 04/05/2013 21:08

Urrrgh no. Far too frilly and short and like others have said, not covered up enough in cold, too exposed in heat. I have boys though so probably not the best judge but I just don't think they look nice with that much skin on show. Maybe with tights and long sleeves on but not just as they are.

VinegarDrinker · 04/05/2013 21:09

No.

chickensaladagain · 04/05/2013 21:12

I don't see the point of it

have never really known what a romper is, and now I know I'm pretty sure my dds didn't miss out

4yoniD · 04/05/2013 21:16

Too much skin on show. She would either freeze or burn, depending on the weather!

No.

claraschu · 04/05/2013 21:27

Ugly

MirandaWest · 04/05/2013 21:28

No. Would have been a faff with nappy changing. Although might have poppers underneath I suppose. Just not the sort of thing either DC ever wore.

nappyaddict · 06/05/2013 10:28

What about something without frills?

OP posts:
Kveta · 06/05/2013 10:30

Nope! They are inoffensive, but not very practical. DD lives in leggings and a T-shirt at the moment, and they are fine for a mobile baby!

5madthings · 06/05/2013 10:34

Dont like the first one but i do like the yellow one and my dd has something similar i got from a website called littlemoo or mimlnimoo? I layered it with long sleeved top and tights when it was cooler :)

OddBoots · 06/05/2013 10:34

No, she's 10yo.

TheConstantLurker · 06/05/2013 10:47

Not a backless one but DDs did wear similar sometimes. My problem would be the fact that they look as if they need ironed. I don't iron.

Marthanoooo · 06/05/2013 11:10

It looks like our swimming costume. Only our is a tad less frilly. These things only .work in the context of a pool. Imo

LucyLucas · 06/05/2013 19:06

Are you sure that's not a swimming costume? Grin
