Beds that can be configured as singles or bunks?

Hi, just wondering if anyone has these or knows a shop that sells them. We're starting to think about getting a bed for dd, and are hoping to have a sibling for her. Not sure yet if they'd share a room. I had bunk beds when I was young that could be clipped securely on top of each other, or taken apart and used as 2 singles, but haven't seen them anywhere these days.

This company do a really good range of beds which can be configured in all sorts of ways- singles, bunks, mid/high sleepers, pull out spare beds, sofas...

High quality beds and really helpful.

We have them, actually two sets. Bought from an internet company, I can't remember which company but a quick google will show you loads of choices.
They're good, do the job and actually worked out cheaper than buying two single beds.

Don't all bunk beds split down into single beds if you so desire? Ours certainly do. dd1 had the second mattress under her bed and the wooden frame was in the loft till it was needed for dd2 so we had no trouble storing it, although actually surely a second bed could be stored as a top bunk...

I guess you have to buy both beds at once though, ie a bunkbed.

Thuka Maxi or try Aspace.

We have these Joseph Emin. not from this retailer but you can google the name and find a good deal. DH impressed with quality when put together (and he is very fussy)

I saw some on next.co.uk which had good reviews. We're thinking of getting some for our two for when ds is a bit older and in a bed. Gltc also have some lovely ones, though v. expensive (IMO) and the ikea ones look OK - wish they did their minnen bad as a bunk - dd has one at the moment and absolutely loves it, but we live in a 2 bed house and they have to share :(

We have a set, from a place called forty winks. Lovely beds.

We bought ours online from a Danish company called Flexa. They were expensive but very solid and still looking good nine years later. We originally had them set up as an 'L' which was nice because dd didn't bump her head on ds that way. Then we had them as singles when they got their own rooms, and I've just set ds up in the high sleeper now as dd wanted a double instead.
