What does your seven year old watch on tv?

We live overseas, but do get a lot of British tv, but I find there is a real gap for tv aimed at kids in this age group. Dd1 is too old for cartoons ( but still likes some of them) but too young for sitcoms (gets bored) I try to get her to watch Master chef kids ( Australian) or decorating / travel shows, but am looking for other options.
Reading back it sounds like she watches a lot of tv - she doesn't really, maybe 1/2 to one hour a day. Thx.
