Ok now as a first time mum i am out on the hunt for a useful changing bag to take about town with me and wanted to know if anyone has any strong opinions on the best / worst ? There are so many to choose from and the prices vary so much its hard to know where to start !!

Thanks :-)

Well I just got a bargain one at ToysRUs for only 4.99. Basically you just need a bag that's big enough for a couple of nappies, a packet of wipes and a change of clothes. If you're planning to bottle feed then make sure there's room for a bottle or two - you can keep the formula in a separate tub, so no need for insulated bottle carrier.

Mamas and Papas did me a brilliant bag with changing mat, including 2 or 3 zip up compartments, bottle holder, numerous separate compartments and 2 dummy size pockets on each end. Great if you have a place for eerything and like everything in its place IMO. Could have got one cheaper for sure but has been invaluable, especially for holidays and days out when you have so much to carry!

skip hop bags are great - messenger bag style but wiht a bit that clips onto the pushchair. I recently broke one of the clips and skip hop sent me a new buckle free of charge.

You can get them in most places now I think.
