When to worry about poorly 20mo dd not drinking

Dd is 20mo and has been poorly for 2 days. She has a bad cold, a slight temperature, has vomited several times, and is very clingy and lethargic. She didn't eat anything yesterday but I got her taking frequent sips of water and she managed some breast feeds in the afternoon. Today she retches when trying to latch on to breast feed, as her nose is blocked, and has now stopped trying, and is refusing and screaming when I offer water or squash. I've tried lots of different cups, straws etc. Since 7pm last night she's had a few sips of squash but was sick a few minutes later so not sure how much stayed down. Am I right to worry or should I trust she'll drink when she's ready?

When did she last pee? I would get her looked at. 5ml of dioralyte every 10 minutes might help.

Thanks. Last peed overnight as far as I can tell - the nappy I put on at 8am is still dry. But I've just managed to get her to take some juice from tinned peaches off a spoon (random I know but she saw the tin in the kitchen and asked for it) and she's noticeably perked up already an not vomited (yet) so hoping we've turned the corner. My mum suggested making an ice lolly so am doing that too, just waiting for it to freeze. I will keep an eye on the nappies.

Ice lollies are good, or anything sugary that would normally be a treat. You can also syringe little squirts (2.5ml at a time) into her mouth so she doesn't feel like she's suffocating if her nose is still blocked.

Oh dear, more vomit. I think I'm going to phone the doctors. I've tried a syringe and it was met with screaming and flailing arms sadly.
