No!

Mine (age 4 and a half) shout Boobies, poo and fat smelly bottom

Grin

Again No sweet words! DS (age 3) likes to say 'pig fat', 'smelly bum' and 'fat piggy' .....

Ledodgy · 08/04/2006 21:53

No sweet words but she sometimes says things in the wrong way that sound cute. The other day for example she said to me "Thank you mummy that is very better." she also said "aww thank you that's very kindful of you" Grin

after agonising long and hard over what to name dd (11 weeks today), ds 3yo likes to call her 'lurky'. it's not that he can't say her name just prefers his own version. Sad...Grin

Also my dd calls Nemo's ds Madam (instead of adam) and I even call him that now he'll be madam to us forever.

Amber - we could not name our ds (finally registered late on Friday) we almost called him nemo ( means no name)

Having learnt to blow kisses, my kids have decided to 'blow hugs' where they make their arms into a 'virtual hug' cirle, look at you, and say 'aarhhh'. Very sweet!

colditz · 09/04/2006 10:15

Ahhh, my ds hasn't got very clear speech, so comes out with all sorts of funny combinations.

With 'Smoosie', does he mean 'Excuse me'? Ds says it.

At the moment his Hotwheels track is 'Noying'.

I don't know why.

colditz · 09/04/2006 10:16

He is also insisting that the baby in my tummy is going to be called "Yosiss" (Joseph).

I wouldn't mind, but we are calling him Daniel, actually!

4blue1pink · 09/04/2006 12:07

Smoosie is an adjective...first used to describe a patterened cab. Now i find he uses it as an adjective when he does not know the word - clever i think ...but then i would. golden balls - spoiled ds3 can do no wrong!

I used to like it when my grandson said
"bitpea" No idea what it was. It was a multipurpose word when he was about 18 m. He also calls the ninja turtles Minger turtles (as in minge!).

My son used to say "Now you be a nice soft mummy and go and get me drink"

My daughter "Happy two flags thank you" (for happy birthday to you).
