I suggest this on every thread like this, the wooden post box from elc Grin

My ds (15 mo) is getting.....books, train set, etch-a-sketch, cleaning trolley (yes I know!!! Lol), few clothes and chocolates from us. Struggling for things for others to get......think his grandpop is getting him a build-a-bear. Its a tricky age. What about puzzles? Mega blocks? My ds loves them. And I really love them happy hopperz..... but it depends what your ds is into??
I'll keep thinking.

DS loved his little plastic tea set at that age, and still does at 2 Smile.

Wheelybug or another ride on toy? Bath toys? Little musical instruments?

MrsCF · 27/11/2012 21:18

Any of the WOW toys, they are durable, no batteries and will entertain for years, my 5 year old still plays with ours daily (we have racing cars, a plane and digger) my 2 year old will be getting a bin lorry for Christmas.

My 14 mth DD is getting a Cozy Coupe car, a baby keyboard, a xylophone (WTF was I thinking?!), Leapfrog phone, FP remote control, a box of puzzles, books and some other bits and pieces.

I bought my Goddaughter the Little People Noah's Ark with extra animals (special offer Argos £18.97 - v v v cheap) and was that impressed with it that when my friend (Goddaughter's Mum) asked what DD wanted I asked her to get my DD the same thing.

A great big empty cardboard box, and some wrapping paper.
that's the only part he'll play with Grin
