Hi
I'm trying to help my brother out, he's about to become a first time dad in his forties and is really stressing out. He wants to find the kind of support mums can share, but for dads.
Much of the information he's found or been given by the midwife team and internet sources are about how he can support his partner.
They both want to find some support the other way around, where there is information and an exchange of ideas about how she can support him, and where he can go for support himself, a kind of 'dadsnet'.
Online, networks, forums or anything in the Nottingham area would be so helpful right now, as there are pregnancy health issues for his partner with only a month to go
Any ideas?
Thanks lots
