getting 9 week old into routine with a toddler in tow!!!?

I am anxious to get my 9 week old DC into a routine fr my own sanity and to assist in me being being able to look after my 21 months old too who is full of beans and very very busy. DC2 is feeding every 3 hours or more in the day and seems to take very little each feed. She wakes easily during naps in day downstairs in the bouncer / moses / when prodded by DC1 / moved when I am following DC1.

I have started feeding sort of by the clock by also lead my DC2 3 hourly, rather than on demand to try and encourage a bit of a routine / for my own sanity so I can continue DC1's routine / ever get out the house / get anything done / wee, have a drink etc!! The only thing is all feeds seem to conicide with when DC1 needs attention, (morning milk/breakfast, putting down for nap, lunch etc).
Here's what's happening at the moment, no sign of an earlier proper 'bedtime' being shown yet so she stays down with us. The evening is her most awake time.
DC1 is in bed for 7 and this is what I want to aim towards with DC2
Is this all normal for this age?? (short memory from DC1). AM I being inpatient? - just so hard juggling to 2 at the mo when things are a bit random. Any tips or advice? Thanks

7-7.30 AM DC2 wakes and BF
9-10.30AM sleep
10.30 BF or FF (often needs waking for this) - if FF 3oz max
1.30 BF
sometimes then does not last 3 hours and seems to need feeding again
some random nap in afternoon
4.30PM BF
6.30PM - 8.30PM random feeding on and off FF - max 3oz
9/9.30PM ish, put down awake in moses falls asleep
4.00AM BF - sleeps again until 7AM

It is such a difficult time, I find that at 9wks they are constantly changing their requirements anyway so a routine is hard to establish. I seem to remember with DS2 and DS3 I was always 'aiming' for a routine but as life with DS1 and DS2 was constantly changing it never really happened. I did find one of the Gina Fords book useful as she gives examples of routines with a toddler and newborn. However I would just go with the flow and accept the chaos and randomness of life! It will get better and also depends on the personalities of your DC.
