IF you had an enormous changing bag which was always full, when did you start to scale it down?

Dd is 1yo and doesn't do bottles during the day so I'm starting to find a bit more room in the changing bag.
But I do not travel light. I have something for almost every emergency you can think of.

When did you ditch the giant bag for something smaller?
:)

DD is 5 months . I have just moved from the free boots bag to a leather satchel handbag which is a bit smaller . I slip in a mum on the run bag, which contains a changing mat , nappies, wipes and bags . I have a small wet bag which folds into nothing for when clothes get messy . A spare vest and babygro as she always makes a,mess . In the pockets a trial size sudo cream , trail size antibac gel , lippy, purse , phone , keys,. Also a few toys and bottle of water .
