Books teaching about different cultures for toddlers?

Was just wondering if anyone could recommend a good picture book along these lines? Have just moved to an area that's sadly not very multicultural (and after reading the thread in chat about toddlers thinking women in burkas are ninjas Grin ) and I want to teach DS soon (he's only one at the moment) about different cultures. Had a quick google but wasn't sure.

Thanks

There's a book aimed at older children that was put out a while ago by DK and Unicef, and republished in 2006 called A Life Like Mine - even though it's quite text heavy, it's DK, so highly illustrated too so might be good for discussion, picture pointing at early stages and as a keeper for later on in terms of the words?

DK also do a book called What Do You Believe? which is about various religions, which might be more appropriate for discussing why people in the same country/city/neighbourhood might behave differently.

There's a series aimed at younger children called All Kinds Of ... which includes Babies, Homes, People amongst others...could see whether amazon stock it.

My World Your World might be worth looking at and there's quite a sweet storybook called Cleversticks which is set in a school with children of various backgrounds who have various strengths.
